Life is full of changes or transitions. Some changes are positive, some changes are neutral, and some changes are not so positive. Life changes may include job/career changes, relationship changes (new relationship, marriage, separation, or divorce), new additions to the family, death or loss of a loved one, changes to one’s identity, and/or a move to a new school or city.
Some changes are exciting and some are devastating. Some may be anticipated and some unexpected. However, no matter the circumstances, change may come with feelings of anxiety, uncertainty, loss of control, fear, and/or confusion.
